What is your exchange/refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase for items that are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Do you sell retail or wholesale only?

Ajmairy Garments deals in wholesale only. Our products are supplied in bulk to retailers and businesses across Pakistan.

How can I place a wholesale order?

You can place an order by contacting our sales team via phone or email. After selecting your required items, payment details will be shared, and once confirmed, your order will be dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via:

  • Bank Transfer (official business account)

  • JazzCash / Mobile Wallet

What is the delivery time?

  • Domestic orders: 3–5 working days

  • Delivery time may vary based on order size and location

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Currently, we deal with wholesale clients within Pakistan only.

Can I cancel or update my order?

Yes, you may update or cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact our sales team immediately.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please report it to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We will assist you with an exchange.
